This small but cozy and inviting residence is located in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The house was designed by Brazilian architect Eduardo Abreira. The project was called Para Studio to describe the difficult design problems that designers and homeowners had to overcome while designing it. The main problem present in this case were the lack of space.
The design they had to adopt is simple and modern. The house sits on an area of 726 square feet and according to the regulations, it’s not a small home. It’s a two-story structure and, on the outside, it looks rather simple. The interior is inviting and not very often you could say it’s inviting for sure the interior is different from the rest of the house. But despite that, the house is somehow more cozy than the exterior.
The residence was designed as a flexible space that can be used in a lot of different ways. You can move it from one room to another and use it as a casual living space in the evenings or as a home office when guests come over. Here you can relax, read, watch TV, write, read the books and what not even sleep. It’s an area that can easily transform or combine. Given the fact that the property is located in a noisy area, some might consider this as a recreational area. Of course, it can also serve as a temporary working space.Available for $800.
