This is the Treetop House and it’s located in Sydney, Australia. It was a project by Birnam and Marianne Turanini Architecture and it was just completed. The Treetop House is a three-storey residence with a modern design. The house sits on a site located on the Northern edge of Bronte Head and it’s surrounded by leafy slopes so it has views to Bronte Bay.The architects tried to incorporate the beautiful views into the structure of the house as much as possible. They designed a roof deck that sits on the same level as the entry and provides beautiful views from the upper levels as well as terraces that extend out and to the exterior.
The residence has three distinctive zones, each with it’s own unique characteristics. As you enter, you reach the front hall with high ceilings, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The living area, dining space and the kitchen are all situated on the first floor. There’s also a guest wing with bunk beds and a master bedroom that has a nice view of the garden. The dining area has a large table that provides plenty of seating and that has also been equipped with a kitchenette.
The courtyard is also a great area. It includes a lounge area that has a beautiful view of the courtyard and a bar. The kitchen is very spacious, with lots of woodwork and lots of integrated appliances. The residence also has a beautiful roof deck. The property is a magnificent contemporary residence, with spacious and bright living areas, beautiful outdoor areas, cutting heights, tiled tub, a pool table and a lot of other great features.
